Shipping

Shipping of all products is done by Canada Post Express with a tracking number or Canpar and receipt signature required unless otherwise specified.

Shipping is usually done on the next business day from the date of your order.  Supplies may be dependent on inventory from the outside suppliers.  From time to time that supply will be reduced.  Normally, the website will warn of any known delays in supply.  Any warranties or guarantees of this product are by the manufacturer. 

York Downs Pharmacy does not warrant or guarantee the success of any particular product.  Please consult the manufacturers for details before purchasing.

Returns

The standard return policy is 15 days from receipt with the product in its original packaging and condition shipped at your expense.  YOU MUST HAVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER FROM York Downs Pharmacy BEFORE RETURNING THE ITEM.  THIS NUMBER MUST BE INCLUDED ON ALL PACKAGES AND COMMUNICATIONS.  To receive this authorization number, contact

Refunds are for the price of the product only and do not include shipping and handling.  There is no refund for prescription medications.
